Global Equity Holdings Announces Tentative Public Process Timeline
Seeking Resident Input on Indio Trails Development
Indio, CA - August 15, 2008 - Global Equity Holdings LP is seeking input from the public on its Indio Trails development, and has scheduled a tentative timeline for resident feedback.
Beginning August 25, residents of the city of Indio will have an opportunity to offer suggestions and comments, and voice concerns over the proposed ?-acre private residential community.
Public process is designed to establish constructive working relations between government and the developer that balance the goals of the investor with the goals of the municipality. The collaborative effort continues with leaders and staff at the City of Indio, whose job it is to balance public need with the improvement expectations of the property’s stakeholders.
The collective interest is to submit a project to the Planning Commission and City Council which is in the best interest of the city and will be supported by the public.
