Indio Planning Commission Approves Indio Trails Development Project with 5-0 Vote
Indio, CA - October 22, 2008 - Global Equity Holdings LP, a leading developer in private equity and venture capital, is pleased to announce the Indio Planning Commission’s approval of its nearly 500-acre Indio Trails development.
The proposed location for Indio Trails is north of Interstate 10, east of Washington Street, north of Frances Way in northwest Indio. Indio Trails will include 22 residential Country Estates, 491 low density residential homes, 477 medium density residential homes and 160 condominiums.
