H. Webb Blessley has more than 23 years of experience in the corporate, venture capital and real estate fields. With a background in architectural engineering, Blessley retired from McDonalds Corporation in 1995 as Vice President of Real Estate and Construction Worldwide. Blessley helped install McDonald’s restaurants in more than 2,000 Wal-Mart retail stores, and is the founder of Ronald McDonald Camp for Children at Eagle Lake, California. He also helped create the Cougar Fund to promote the preservation of the North American cougar. Mr. Blessley currently works on alternative building and solar-power technology.

William T.S. O’Hara has more than 30 years experience in finance and commercial real estate. As regional manager of Wells Fargo Bank in Southern California, he was responsible for real estate operations, personnel development and corporate administration. O’Hara also worked for Santa Fe Pacific Realty Corporation where he was responsible for the asset management of class A commercial office space, industrial buildings, retail space and raw land. O’Hara has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Economics, and a Master of Business Administration degree in finance from the University of Southern California. He has also been a distinguished representative of the United States Lawyer Exchange Program with China’s University of Political Science and Law, with an extensive list of professional memberships and certifications including the American Bar Association, Institute of Real Estate Management and the Urban Land Institute.
